Amba Poli

Amba poli is a delicious and unique sweet dish from the konkan region  of India. It is variation of the traditional Maharashtrian dish called "Puran poli,". Amba Poli is the addition of mango pulp. It is usually  prepared during the summer season when mangoes are in aboundance. It is special treat enjoyed by people during the mango season . It has soft and flaky texture Amba Poli is often prepared and served during festive occasions and celebrations like Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali, and Holi.

Kadak Bundi ladoo

Kadak Bundi Ladoo is a unique and delicious Indian sweet that is known for its distinctive texture and flavor. The word "kadak" in the name refers to the crunchy texture of the ladoo. The main component of Kadak Bundi Ladoo is the bundi, which are small, round droplets made by dropping the besan batter through a perforated ladle or sieve into hot oil.
